Blues for the Blues

Although it is winter in Kansas City, I am painting in some of my favorite color palettes to bring those memories of warm waters and sunny warmth. Wearing bright colors or a scarf, earrings that brighten. Attending Art Exhibits. What are you doing to chase away those winter blues?

Karena, thank you for your visit to hill country house. I am Ann, and I think you thought you were commenting to Carol Marine, the artist I featured. So glad you enjoyed the post on her art! Your work is just lovely - I am so glad to know about you. I will be back!

Beautiful colors. I think this is why I own so much turquoise jewelry. :)

Love this ~ it does make you think of warmer weather.
I'm wearing more color- trying to bring a little spring into my wardrobe. It helps!
