Snowy Snowy Nights
Sunny skies in Kansas City today, very misleading as it is below freezing temperature. More snow tomorrow.....Everyone I know (except those in Vancouver) are looking forward to springtime! These original oil paintings reflect the image and mood of nighttime in my part of the world!
You are really getting hit there. Here in Maine, the ground is nearly bare. I'm pretty sure that just as we start to 'think~spring' we'll have a nor'easter or two...
ReplyDeleteI love this latest work. The colors and feel of winter - which you make look pretty great.
Oh, Karena, they are beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy you came by to see my new painting! Thank you so much for your comment!
Do you sell your artwork?
~xo always,
Terri
That is how it has been in TN! Snowy one day sunny the next. We are having record highs today. A whopping 44 degrees. Compared to the 19 degrees we have averaged Id say that is pretty darn good!

ReplyDeleteWell, then...your nightimes look cold and crisp and beautifully perfect!
ReplyDeleteMy goodness it was so hot here in Australia today! x
ReplyDeleteKarena,
ReplyDeleteThe works are beautiful! If I had to paint them I should use a lot of grey because it is so grey and rainy here in Belgium and people are feeling "grey", as I do!
I love the colours you used here!
And I am looking forward to see the works you will make in spring!!!
xx
Greet
